With remote assistance, we can start helping you in less than 5 minutes. As long as you have an internet connection we will be able to get into your computer and assist you.

1. Click here to download the software
2. Choose “Save As…” or “Save File”
3. Once the software has been downloaded, open it.
4. Wait for our technician to give your Meeting ID
5. You’re connected.

This service is charged at $60/hour in 30 minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum.
